Welcome to ClassyCotton.lk, Sri Lanka's destination for luxury bedding, 100% pure cotton
sheets, Egyptian cotton collections and premium bedroom essentials. These Terms and Conditions
("Terms") govern your use of classycotton.lk and any purchase you make from us. By accessing
the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not
agree, please do not use the website.
1. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Please provide accurate and up-to-date information and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used fraudulently.
2. Products and Pricing
- We describe each product's cotton type, weave, thread count, size and dimensions as accurately as possible. Thread counts and measurements may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
- Product colours may look slightly different on your screen, and natural cotton may vary slightly between production batches.
- Please check the size and dimensions on the product page against your mattress, including its depth, before ordering. Fitted sheets are made to fit the mattress depth stated on the product page.
- All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the time you place your order.
- Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a refund.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it by email, SMS or
phone. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of stock issues, pricing
errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund
you in full. Custom-sized or personalised orders are confirmed with you before production
begins and cannot be cancelled once production has started.
4. Payment
- You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. Some methods may offer discounts, which are shown before you confirm your order.
- Online card payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your full card details.
- Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed, or on delivery or pickup for payment methods that allow it, such as cash on delivery.
5. Delivery and Pickup
- We deliver island-wide within Sri Lanka, directly to your doorstep, through our courier partners. Delivery charges depend on the courier, shipping method and destination, and are shown at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or other events outside our control.
- Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
- If you choose pickup, we will notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number when collecting.
- Check your package when you receive it and tell us within 48 hours if anything is missing, damaged or incorrect.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
- If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, bedding, pillows and inserts can only be returned if they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Custom-sized, personalised and clearance items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Once a return is approved and inspected, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take up to 14 working days.

7. Product Care
To keep your bedding soft and long-lasting, please follow the care instructions on each
product's label. Natural cotton may shrink slightly, crease and soften over time; these are
normal characteristics and not defects. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect
washing, bleach, harsh detergents or high-heat drying.
8. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, vouchers and discount codes are subject to their own conditions, are valid
only for the stated period and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw or change a
promotion at any time.
9. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, other accounts or our systems.
- Copy, scrape or reuse website content, product photographs or product information without our written permission.
- Interfere with the security or proper working of the website.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product photographs and
designs, belongs to ClassyCotton.lk or its licensors. Other brand names and trademarks
belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ClassyCotton.lk is not liable for any indirect or consequential
loss arising from your use of the website or products bought from us. Our total liability
for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms
limits your rights as a consumer under Sri Lankan law.
12. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use
your personal information.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on
this page. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and
any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
